Incase you weren't at church on Wednesday, you missed a very great lesson on 'False Teachers'. lucky enough as you are, there is always a review of what happened here on the site. Bro. Will used a GREAT example on false teachers... but we'll get to that in a minute. Vs. 7 is where he started off for our lesson. For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh, This is a deceiver and an Antichrist - 2Jn 1:7 Verse 7&9 really tie together. Whosoever transgreseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of christ, he hath both the father and the son - 2Jn 1:9. Verse 10, is where Bro. Will used his amazing example. It's so good anytime you here something about false teachers you will think of this.. Okay, so Verse 10 - If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house neither bid him God speed. So, heres what we've all been waiting for, the example. Well, the example is a bee, and all I have to say is the bee flew up where he wasn't supposed to be and he flew out and Bro. Will squished him dead, no questions asked. That's what we should be like with false teachers, not kill them dead no question asked, we are not even to let them in out house, because they are teaching false doctrine. We are not even supposed to bid the God speed as the bible says or Good Bye. Which means Godd-Be-With-You.. This awesome example is one of my personal favortites. Well, thats what happened Wednesday.
